Bath Time
Roman baths were like leisure centres. Romans went there to relax, not just to get clean. The baths were open to everyone, and a good place meet people and do business.
When they went to the baths, they would take off their outdoor clothes and warm up with some exercises. Then, after a swim in the pool, they went into a bunch of heated rooms. Romans would get hot enough to sweat out the dirt. They'd chat with friends while they sweated, and perhaps have a massage and rub down with perfumed oil. Then they or a slave would scrub the dirt off and have one last dip in a nice, cool pool.
